About Wendy
For years, I lived with asthma flare-ups, allergy symptoms, and an exhaustion I couldn’t shake. I tried all the things—clean eating, new supplements, more sleep—but nothing truly helped… until I looked at what was happening inside my home.
It turns out, the biggest triggers were hiding in plain sight: my cleaning products, personal care items, even the air I was breathing. Once I began switching to truly clean, low-toxin alternatives, everything changed. I could breathe deeply again. I had energy. I felt like myself.
And I knew I had to help other women feel the same relief.
Today, I serve women who are tired of feeling unwell in their own homes—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Women navigating asthma, allergies, or sensitivities who want a home that supports their healing, not adds to their stress.
My mission is simple: to help you create a home that feels safe, clean, and calming. A place where your body can rest, your mind can relax, and your health can begin to rebuild—one small, sustainable step at a time.
I share honest tips, research-backed resources, and products I use myself—like Norwex for cleaning, Oliveda for skincare, and Green Compass for plant-based wellness. But more than that, I offer encouragement. Because this journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress you can feel.
When I’m not working with clients or creating content, I’m probably weaving, tending my organic garden, or curled up with my two cats and a good cup of tea. I’ve been married nearly 30 years and travel often to visit family in Canada. Home means a lot to me—and I want yours to feel like a place of peace, too.
Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
