What You Can Expect From Me:

I’ll create a dedicated private group for you and your friends! Only members of the group can see what we share. I’ll make sure to give your guests a warm welcome, tag everyone in the welcome post, and send them a private message to offer free samples. Plus, there will be several prizes and freebies! While these are typically mailed within one week of the party officially closing, I often manage to send them out much sooner. I’m also available to answer any questions, privately or in the group.

Personal Invitations

First, create a guest list

Take a look at the attached list for some guidance, or simply jot down names as they come to mind. Dedicate just 10 minutes to this task. Begin by listing your top 5 supporters, your “5 to the LIVE”. Then, brainstorm as many others as you can – if you manage to get 10 attendees to the live demo, you’ll automatically qualify for a surprise gift from me! 🎁 Keep it simple, and write down names as they come to you. We’ll start adding your friends to the group the Monday before the live event (3 days prior). I’ll send you a text when it’s time to do that.

I Have a Three Step Process for Successful and EASY Invites

Step #1

Step #1 is personal invitations. They are the key to success with any party, including online parties.

Step #2

Step #2 is a simple post on Facebook. This is where you may find people you didn’t expect, as well as people who already use and love Norwex.

Step #3

Step #3 is using the Invite button in the party group. This is the least effective method.

Step #1 Personal Invitations:

** TIP ** Before inviting anyone remember to make conversation first if you haven’t connected with them in a while, we would never walk up to a friend we hadn’t seen in a while at the grocery store, and say, “I’m having a party, want to come?!” You would say hi, how have you been, how are the kids… Then you would ask them. It shouldn’t be any different on social media. Pick from the two invite graphics below.

First message: 

You would say, “hi, how have you been, how are the kids… etc etc.”

Then, you would say:

“Hey friend! 🎉 Are you struggling to keep up with endless cleaning? Me too, lol! I’ve got just the thing— join my Norwex party! 🙌 Say goodbye to streaky windows and chemical-laden cleaners. These products are total game-changers, making cleaning quicker and greener, plus they deliver amazing results! 😍 Our consultant is spoiling us with free samples (love trying before buying!), fun prizes, and freebies. It’s a relaxed online gathering with loads of great info and goodies. I’d love for you to join us!”🌿

Hey!  I thought of you because I am hosting a Safe + Simple Home Solutions workshop next week to learn more about saving time and reducing harmful chemicals!  The girl that runs it shares tons of value and education.  She totally changed the way I look at cleaning my home.  Oh… and there is a dish cloth that never gets stinky as a giveaway just for participating🤢

Additional Example:
“I love these cloths. They clean everything with just water, so it’s fast and easy. The workshop is next week, and she will give a 30-minute live demo on Thursday night at 8 p.m. CST. There is no pressure at all, but would you be interested?”

Step #2 Post on Facebook 

Post a simple message on Facebook. This post is key for reaching unexpected guests and those already familiar with and passionate about Norwex.

Utilize both the image and text for your Facebook post 🙂 Remember, including the image will attract more responses.

Tip: Ensure everyone who likes and comments receives a personal invitation with the group link. ✅

HERE’S YOUR INVITE LANGUAGE TO SEND OVER MESSENGER:

“Who uses Norwex? I have been using the cloths, and I love them! So I’m going to have a workshop online. I’m curious, for those who use it, what Norwex products do you love and think I should try? I’m looking for recommendations.”

Step #3 The Invite Button

I always recommend personal invites, but if you do use the invite button in the group, be sure to drop them a quick message like this:

Hi friend! I’ve just added you to my group! Click JOIN GROUP to hop in! 💛 

Tip: Your mission for the 24 hours leading up to the main event is to get people to notice the posts in the group. When you comment, they will see the post, and if you @tag them, it’s even better!

Your Party Day Task

Send a personal reminder to your people the day of our event, reminding them about the live demo

On party day, I’d love your help in drumming up excitement for our main event. Your personal touch goes a long way, so reminding your friends privately can make a big difference in attendance. If we haven’t already, I’ll set up a group chat for your crew. Let’s aim to have as many people as possible join the demo – they’re super impactful! 

Your target is 5 attendees for the live session, but if you bring in 10, I’ll send you a special gift! 😉
